Triangle Aquatic Center Outdoor Pool

Integrated Design continued its long-standing involvement with the Triangle Aquatic Center with a new outdoor pool facility in 2022. The training and programming pool can be configured as nine 50-meter lanes or twenty 25-yard lanes that include heating and chilling technology, allowing swimmers to train outdoors year-round. The pool deck features a permanent canopy along two sides to protect swimmers and coaches from the weather and a 2,300-square-foot building to accommodate restrooms, operations, pool storage, and the pool’s mechanical systems.
