Tom founded Integrated Design in 1999 and has worked in the architectural field for more than 35 years. Regionally known for his work in laboratory- and technology-related projects, he draws from his experience working with retail, office, distribution, industrial, and sports facility clients. Tom has served as a member of several code and regulatory advisory committees for the City of Raleigh and the North Carolina Department of Insurance as well as civic and private organizations. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in building codes, programming, and master planning to our projects.

David is a Principal at Integrated Design. He has been here since its inception in 1999 and has been working in architectural design since 1996. He has designed and managed a diverse range of projects with a focus on laboratory, office, and retail clients from programming to construction completion. In addition, David has spearheaded numerous master planning efforts in Research Triangle Park. An award-winning designer, David has received such honors as being the 2009 Sir Walter Raleigh winner, a 2010 Triangle Business Journal Best Build Out, and a Kamphoefner Honorary Fellow.

With more than 22 years of experience managing a multitude of project types, Juliette is both a Principal and a Project Architect at Integrated Design. She enjoys many aspects of the field of architecture but finds the development of client relationships and the mentoring of future generations of architects and designers to be among her favorites. Her previous professional roles have included Director of Design for a multi-state non-profit builder, Director of Design for an affordable housing design studio, and Project Architect for multifamily residential and mixed-use developments. She served for two years as Chair of the AIA’s Women in Architecture committee and four years as Membership Chair and Board Member for TCREW (Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women), where she continues to be an active member.

With 12 years of experience in project management and over nine years of experience in architecture, Hannah brings an organized and analytical approach to each project. She has a great depth of experience in an array of projects from fit-ups to ground-up buildings and in all phases of design from concept through construction administration. She loves interior design and has never gotten over the magic of seeing a building materialize from drawings on paper to a real-life space for human beings. She currently serves as Past President of her local American Institute of Architects (AIA) chapter, where she strives to teach and mentor the next generation of architects and designers. She also enjoys being a guest critic for student projects at the Interior Architecture department at UNC Greensboro.
