The Valentine Commons Parking Deck is a mixed-use building containing 765 parking spaces wrapped with 7,000 square feet of office space. Adjacent to the ten story Valentine Commons student housing high-rise, the parking deck was designed in conjunction with the student housing and steps-down across its length as a transition between the high-rise and the neighboring buildings.
