The FlyExclusive Headquarters and Pilot Training Center, situated in Kinston, NC upon completion, embodies a seamless fusion of architectural innovation and functionality. Drawing inspiration from air traffic control towers and the sleek aerodynamic forms inherent in FlyExclusive’s premium jet fleet, our design team crafted a cutting-edge facility that not only serves as the corporate hub for FlyExclusive but also as a state-of-the-art pilot training facility. Boasting five full-motion flight simulators, a 22,000 square-foot air operations center, and 14,000 square-feet of classrooms and training spaces, the building reflects a commitment to excellence and proficiency.

Adding a sculptural dimension to the lobby, the flight simulators, occupying 10,000 square-feet across three stories, are prominently showcased through a striking two-story glass wall. This visual spectacle creates a captivating juxtaposition with the angular yet monumental central stair, offering visitors a unique and immersive experience. The strategic relationship between the simulators and the lobby underscores FlyExclusive's dedication to cutting-edge pilot training methodologies.

Beyond its architectural prowess, the FlyExclusive Headquarters and Pilot Training Center strategically addresses the pressing issue of pilot training backlog in the nation. By providing the necessary infrastructure for FlyExclusive to train and certify its own pilots, the facility aims to contribute significantly to alleviating the prolonged delays in the nation's pilot training pipeline.
