Glenhill began with an idea: What would it look like to bring true California Contemporary Luxury to the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina? The idea is brought to life in a boutique neighborhood, situated among fifteen beautiful, gently rolling acres of pine trees in North Raleigh. Creating an elevated, contemporary living experience, our desire is to connect each homeowner with the beauty of the surrounding environment. We blur the lines between the built and the natural with expansive areas of glass, immersing homeowners in nature and flooding interior spaces with warm, soft, natural light. Each Glenhill home features a steel super-structure, below grade, climate-controlled seven to ten-car garage, in-ground swimming pool, and turn-key, fully furnished interiors.

The designs for Glenhill neighborhood houses were inspired by the work of California modernist architects with their use of expansive glass and steel frame construction and a focus on indoor-outdoor living. These luxury homes with open plans and unique finishes are a rare gem amongst the pines and rolling hills of North Raleigh.

The interiors feature 7-10 car garages, book-matched marble veneers, and a host of unique trim details such as recessed shades, glass railing, and floating stair treads.
