Pathway Triangle Campus

Project Type Science & Technology, Master Planning

Location Morrisville, North Carolina

Pathway Triangle is a 75 acre R&D and biomanufacturing campus located adjacent Raleigh-Durham International Airport in Morrisville, North Carolina. The campus is a cutting-edge continuation of the client’s growing national portfolio of purpose-built life science facilities. Phase 1 of the project included the design and construction of two cGMP warehouses and a three-story office and laboratory building. Phase 2 includes an additional 500,000 SF across three buildings.

The two cGMP warehouses on the campus are designed to provide opportunities for future drug product manufacturing and storage.

In the office laboratory building, large curtain wall glass windows on the east and west facades afford ample natural light deep into the building's interior. The glazing layout is reflective of the interior building program, which includes a combination of office and laboratory spaces. On the north half of the building, the glazing rhythm is laid out on a laboratory module to maximize interior spatial efficiency.
